Hey everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2021 Jeep Cherokee, we're gonna be showing you how to install the CURT TriFlex NEXT trailer brake controller in conjunction with the CURT adapter plug. But before we get into that, let's just take a minute, we'll check this one out and make sure it's gonna be the right setup for you. Here's what the brake controller can look like installed in your Jeep and honestly I think it's a pretty good fit. You know, it's relatively compact in size and with these Cherokees, you know, there's just not a whole lot of room on the dash to mount up a bigger style brake controller. So I think it pairs up well here. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2018 Jeep Cherokee, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller and we're gonna be doing that in conjunction with the etrailer.com Universal Brake Controller Install Kit but before we get to all that, why don't we check this out first and make sure this is the right brake controller for you. There's a lot of these Cherokees out on the road and people use 'em to do a lot of different things and pull on some relatively large trailers around. Something that you see from time to time, pop up campers, things like that and if your trailer has electric brakes on it, you're gonna need a way to apply those brakes, that way you're not solely relying on your Jeep to not only slow itself down but the trailer too. So having a brake controller like this one here that's where it's going to change things up a little bit. Whenever you hit the brakes in your Jeep, it's gonna apply the trailer brakes and kind of slow you down as one whole unit there. more

Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller Installation - 2021 Jeep Cherokee- Video

Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the CURT Echo mobile brake controller here on our 2021 Jeep Cherokee. So the CURT Echo is actually one of my favorite brake controller options on the market. And the reason for this, it's so much easier to install than all the other controllers. With the Echo we don't have to drill into the dash to mount a controller. Therefore we don't have to worry about banging our knees on it. A lot of the traditional brake controllers they take up a good amount of space on the dash, and it seems like the interior on most newer vehicles is getting smaller and smaller. more
